2. Product
OzPrompter is a voice-following desktop teleprompter for Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit). What you buy is a lifetime license to use the software:
- One license key can be active on up to 2 computers at the same time. You can move it by removing it from one computer.
- All future updates are included at no extra cost.
- Speech recognition runs on your computer; activating the license requires an internet connection once.
- You can try the full software free of charge for 7 days before buying.
3. Price and payment
The price is $49, paid once; there is no subscription. Payments are processed by iyzico with a credit or debit card. We never see or store your card details. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.
4. Delivery
Delivery is electronic. After your payment is confirmed, your license key is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, and the software is downloaded from www.ozprompter.info.
5. License terms
- The license grants a perpetual right to use the software; all intellectual property rights remain with the seller.
- You may not share, resell or rent your license key, redistribute the software, reverse engineer it or try to bypass the license check. We may revoke a license that is misused.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Because the license key is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by the consumer law that applies to you. You can evaluate the software free for 7 days before buying.
We refund your payment if your license key cannot be delivered, if you were charged more than once for the same order, or if a technical problem caused by us prevents the software from working on a computer that meets the system requirements and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. Write to support@ozprompter.info with your order number; refunds are made to the card used for payment and the license key is revoked.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
