This policy explains how Unicorn Global Trade Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("we") processes personal data for the OzPrompter software and the www.ozprompter.info website.

Your voice stays on your computer

OzPrompter performs speech recognition entirely on your computer. Your voice is never recorded, stored or sent to us or anyone else. Your scripts are stored only on your computer.

Data we process

• Order data: name, email address, billing address, order number, amount and date. Card details are processed by iyzico; we never see or store them.
• License and trial data: license key, a one-way hash derived from the Windows ID of the computer (it cannot be reversed), the computer name, the trial start date and the last check time.
• Support: your email address and messages when you contact us.
• Technical logs: IP address and access time kept by our hosting provider for security.

Why we process it

To deliver and invoice your purchase, to comply with legal obligations, to enforce the trial period and the 2-computer limit, to prevent license abuse and to answer support requests.

Who we share it with

iyzico (payments), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting of the website and license server; servers may be located outside Türkiye), our email provider, and public authorities where required by law.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax law (10 years in Türkiye); license records while the license is valid; trial records for a reasonable period to prevent abuse.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools; all files, including fonts, are served from our own hosting.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@ozprompter.info or to Caddebostan Mah. Ogün Sok. No: 1/14, Kadıköy / İstanbul, Türkiye. Residents of Türkiye have the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK); see the Turkish version of this policy.
